A school uniform gives a student a sense of belonging and pride in his or her school. It contributes to the maintenance of:
- A good school image and attitude
- Sun smart and playground safety
- Helps identify students when involved in activities outside the school ground
Dederang Primary School also believes that the wearing of a school uniform promotes positive community perception of public education.
Our School Uniform can be ordered through the school.
Summer Uniform:
School t-shirt, navy shorts and a blue broad brimmed or bucket sun hat.
Winter Uniform:
Navy skivvy and navy track suit pants, school polo t-shirt and windcheater with school logo.
Footwear:
Sensible flat runners or black school shoes should be worn every day. On PE and Sport days students need good running shoes. Elevated heels and elastic sided boots are not allowed, and thongs are not permitted at school.

Our school t-shirt
Our school t-shirt was designed in collaboration with our students, families and Koorie Education Support Officer. It represents our schools connection to Dhudhuroa country – the land on which we learn, play and grow.
